Event Participation
Participation in the WYBC Global Games is subject to successful registration and acceptance by the event organizers. WYBC Global Games reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any team or participant if eligibility requirements, rules, or conduct standards are not met.
All participants must comply with tournament rules, schedules, and instructions issued by event officials and venue staff.
Registration Information
Teams are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete, including player details, age eligibility, and contact information. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in disqualification or removal from the event without refund.
Event Changes
WYBC Global Games reserves the right to modify event schedules, game formats, venues, rules, or timing due to operational requirements, safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate any changes to registered teams.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. By participating, players and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. WYBC Global Games, its organizers, staff, partners, and venue operators are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses except as required by applicable law.
Travel & Accommodation
Teams and families are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, meals, and related expenses unless otherwise stated. WYBC Global Games is not liable for travel delays, cancellations, or accommodation issues.
Conduct & Behavior
All players, coaches, parents, and spectators must adhere to the Rules & Code of Conduct at all times. Unsportsmanlike behavior, abuse, harassment, or failure to follow instructions may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the venue or disqualification from the event without refund.
Media & Content Usage
Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By participating or attending, individuals grant WYBC Global Games permission to use images, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes across digital and print platforms.
Personal Belongings
WYBC Global Games is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event. Participants and spectators are encouraged to take reasonable care of their property.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the official Refund Policy. Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYBC Global Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event or use of the website.
